Steve Beatty has been a financial advisor since 1989. He has worked with owners of closely held businesses primarily since 1994. Steve has been a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable since 1993. Steve has qualified for the Top of the Table since 2004, a distinction that only the top .2% of financial advisors worldwide.
Steve has specialized in working with business owners in the areas of strategic tax planning, wealth management, business planning and estate planning. Steve has earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. He also became one of the first graduates of the 401k Coach Program, a national program from prominent 401k advisors.
Steve has lived in Las Vegas since 1988. He graduated from the University of California-San Diego with a degree in Political Science. He started as sportswriter at age 16, working for the Colorado Springs Gazette-Telegraph, San Diego Union and Los Angeles Times. He spent his junior year of college on an exchange program in Bergen, Norway, where he met his wife, Hilde. The two have been married since 1989 and have three children, Michele, Thomas, and Lauren. Steve enjoys golf and racquetball.
